By accessing and using Taxi.co.ke services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
All bookings must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before pickup to avoid charges.
Payments are collected by the driver upon completion of the trip. All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
Free cancellation up to 1 hour before pickup. Late cancellations may incur a 50% charge of the total fare.
Taxi.co.ke is not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
